Todd Salemi
Chief Executive officer, Founder
Todd Salemi grew up in the little beach town of Dana Point. Growing up as a surfer, his connection with the ocean nurtured his philosophy and his passion for gardening, specifically cannabis. For years, Todd spent time perfecting his craft, ultimately stepping into the entrepreneurial world. With over 20 years of business experience, his reputation is one of persistence and discipline which has been built on an ethical philosophy, solid relationships, and an insatiable drive to succeed.
Justin Ackerman
Chief Sales Officer, Founder
Born and raised in San Clemente CA, Justin feels more comfortable in the sea than he does on land. He loves helping people become the best versions of themselves and firmly believes that “your vibe attracts your tribe". Justin has spent the last decade developing start-up companies from conception to completion across multiple industries which include green energy, aerospace and finance. When not building companies, Justin enjoys bodyboarding, Jiu Jitsu and raising his two beautiful children with his wife Angela.
Bailey Slimm
Chief Operating Officer
Another SoCal native, Bailey has known Todd and Erik since their youth. A hustler at heart, her focused work ethic and upbeat attitude keep the operations at the Organics Alive warehouse moving smoothly. She strongly believes in the impact of organic biology and is studying urban farming and sustainable landscape design on the side. When Bailey isn’t filling orders for excited customers, she is likely to be spending time in nature, cooking at home, or finding her groove on a funky dance floor.
Erik Sykes
Sales associate, Founder
Erik is a Southern California native. When he's not working, you can catch Erik with his family at the beach, in the mountains or on our farm. A deep connection to nature drives him to spread his passion for Organics Alive worldwide. At the core, Erik’s motivation is his genuine desire to help others. Combining 20 years of soil, fertilizer and farming experience, Erik brings a wealth of knowledge to customers. He is most proud of the positive impact OA leaves on its customers as well as the environment.
